The dentists and the staff are excellent. I had a dental issue and was about to go out of town. I called them to ask what advice they could give me since I didn’t expect to get in before my trip. They told me if I could get there in 30 minutes they would see me. They didn’t want me to go out of town with out being examined. They took care of me, prescribed the meds needed to cover me until I made arrangements for additional treatment. THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’m so thankful.
I love Bethany Heights Dental! Everyone there is wonderful! The front desk is friendly and efficient. All dentists are excellent! Dr Spann, Dr Ramirez and Dr Smith listen to my concerns and are very thorough. I have been going to Bethany Heights for years and have had very positive experiences with all of the dental hygienist. My most recent cleanings have been with Dave and Jennifer - both great! I can’t say enough about Bethany Heights.
It all started yesterday when I had a tooth chip/break on me. I called the office and they were able to get me in this morning. Unfortunately they could not save the tooth but they were able to start working on fixing the situation I was in. I have dental phobia, or whatever the medical term for it is, and they did everything they could to make it painless for me. Dr. Smith and her assistant were awesome! I would definitely recommend anyone to use this office!
I had a wonderful experience at Bethany Heights Dental care during my routine cleaning and examination appointment. Dave was an incredibly kind and gentle hygienist. My gums didn’t bleed this time and I experienced minimal pain or discomfort thanks to Dave’s gentle and calming work. Dr. Smith was also kind and personable and patiently listened to my concerns and explained a clear treatment plan. I highly recommend this dental office!
The staff is friendly and competent, office is clean, and professional and the dentist that took care of me (Dr. Ramirez) is very thorough and talented. She helped create a reconstructed tooth, which is part technical skill, and part artistry. Not only did she reconstruct the tooth, but was able to hide a gap in my teeth, and it all looks perfectly natural. They have been taking care of my whole family for years, and I highly recommend them.
I love coming here! I have been a patient since I was young and each and every time I have visited I have felt welcomed. I don’t feel the usual dread about going to the dentist. They are very honest and let you know exactly what is happening, what your options are, and what the cost to you will be. I love the transparency and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Even though I have moved across the country I still schedule my appointments for when I come back to visit.
